Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Urban Moonshine currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We ship orders on regular business days (Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm CT) from Illinois, IN. All orders are shipped using a standard group ship service, and depending on location, estimated delivery is 4-8 days. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

All carrier shipping guidelines apply to our shipments including, but not limited to shipping times, delivery standards, and more. Urban Moonshine is NOT responsible for packages stolen from a residence (neither is the carrier). Urban Moonshine is not responsible for issues with shipping carriers.
